Poor audio quality (defined as any tape with excessive mumbling, slurring or inaudible dictation) will be charged an additional 10%.  You will be contacted prior to transcribing poor quality tapes.
 
Free pickup and delivery within Kingston, Jamaica.
All other locations will attract charges for shipping and handling accordingly.
